Wow. I had to go see for myself that Apple is still apparently selling this. I bet you’ll find a tutorial if you search for that - YouTube would be a great place to start. It’s sort-of-kind-of a database tool, and you can do really small things with it an OK way as I recall. It’s been ages since I touched it last.
There is no centralized location for people to find job-related resources, tutorials and training in Filmmaker. Many people think the answer in their country is to do something like Ruby or C# development, but no. It's not enough just to say, “Yes, let me write Filmmaker instead of doing SQL, this is more efficient than a C or Java application” — in my opinion it would be more accurate to say, “I can't write a single line of code that doesn't use Filmmaker code”. The current development cycle (and the fact that Filmmaker is a web-application) isn't ideal. . . People have no idea of what they want in terms of development process. You're trying to tell me you're trying to build a system that takes you one year to develop instead of one week? It's a good development cycle, and it works quite well for us.
